HERE and NavInfo localize Open Location Platform for China

Beijing, China – Today, HERE Technologies, a global leader in mapping and location platform services, and NavInfo, the leader in mapping and services for navigation and autonomous driving in China, announced the fully operational and localized HERE Open Location Platform (OLP) for China. The HERE OLP is a single destination for software developers across industries to find, build and share location-centric data and services at global scale.

The commitment to China will allow for highly localized, domestic deployment of cloud platform applications and services. This will also enable easy deployment of the same apps and services through the HERE OLP inside and outside of the region. This milestone brings HERE one step closer to the realization of an Open Location Platform for domestic and global partners to build and deploy market specific services in the countries they serve.
